Payton Parker, Principal Broker

Payton founded Black Bear Holdings in 2014 to purchase and rehabilitate old buildings in Downtown Springdale. He earned his real estate broker’s license and founded Black Bear Real Estate & Development in 2020. He is an advocate for more trails, thinner roads, missing middle housing, better sidewalks, more public transit, and WAY MORE PUBLIC ART. He holds a bachelors degree in Finance from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas (2012) and is currently serving his second term on the Springdale Planning Commission.
